Return & Exchange Policy – Sundari Sarees

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept product exchanges only for unused items within 10 days of delivery. No cash refunds will be provided.

Once we receive the returned item, Sundari will issue store credit, which can be used for future purchases (excluding shipping costs, as we cannot refund the initial shipping fee).

Return & Exchange Process

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@sundarisaree.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping details.
  • Customers must bear the return shipping charges. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • The exchange policy is applicable only for customers who purchase from our website. Purchases made via video call or store visits will not be covered under this policy.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Handloom products may have slight texture variations due to their handmade nature. The final decision on the return of handloom sarees will be taken by our representative.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, first initiate a return request. Once approved, you may choose another item using store credit.
  • The fastest way to get your desired item is to place a new order separately while processing the return.

Cancellations

We offer a hassle-free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order within three days of purchase. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Store Credit & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of store credit.
  • If approved, store credit details will be emailed to you, which can be used for future purchases.
  • No cash refunds will be issued—only product exchanges are allowed.
